Training weekend
This weekend simple sleep, train rest train and rest and go to the grocery store. Easy and simple. There is not much going other than that. I will watch the Giro and the pair of game 7 that are going to be shown. Other than that not much. Hopefully I can put rest on my body as I am feeling it right now.
The Training 2 hour and 15 minute run Saturday AM 3000 YDS swim PM
Sunday bike 3hours and hit the gym
Simple right

oh my gosh i have so much to catch up on!!!!!!! i just read your last two posts. as far as this weekend- UGH why couldn't the celtics have just maintained their lead of ALL GAME til the end last night? really a let down.

sounds like a great weekend! i totally value rest, and love when i feel rested and ready to go. i need more sleep! i find when i run more i require more and better sleep.

about your half marathon- sounds like a good time! i love turn around races, it really keeps me occupied looking at all the runners i'm passing... i like how you segment the race into 5k segments! that is a neat approach. you were super consistent with your pace through the whole race and it sounds like you really had a great time :) AND so cool you could jog to the start line= no stress!!!! have a great weekend this weekend :)
