I love the warm heat weather that how this weekend was.I train a lot swam both days ride 37 miles on Saturday and ran a really hard 12. So I train a lot. Life is going to great I like my job and is fun In 10 days I ll be 30 so start the count down.
I ll probably party a lot and then run a 1/2 marathon thats not a good plan you b day is only once a year ...

I'm glad the new job is going well. Thirty! That deserves big plans. Your bday is only once a year and you only turn 30 once in a lifetime!
