good training weekend and Super Clasico weekend

Its friday and its warm so i planed to train a lot this weekend .. Saturday I am going to go and the bike course of the Columbia triathlon. This course is very hard and technical. So I let you know how its goes. On Sunday I am doing the frederick 1/2marathon as a training run so I am planning on doing 1:50 to 1:55. Easy run. And then go and wait for the Super Clasico of BOCA and River. I ll be back later for some thoughts of the Boca River game on Sunday
