racing week



Today I just swim. I started concentrated on the next 2 races that I have the up coming 2 weekends that are important to shape up the rest of the season. So this week is to visualize rest and relax.
Prepare the bike the wet suit and set goals for both races...

So i ll keep posting

nice bike..you can do the intervals on the bike as well. either way it is a love/hate relationship with the intervals! :)
